Bitcoin’s (BTC) price rose today. As of 9:13 a.m. ET, the price of Bitcoin is $35,999.72. That’s up 4.75% in the last 24 hours and up 20.82% from last week, according to CoinMarketCap.

There’s a 24-hour trading volume of $36,560,027,725, with a market cap of $674,798,908,581. The market cap of Bitcoin, of course, is the largest of the thousands of cryptocurrencies available.

Bitcoin’s 52-week high is $64,863. It has a 52-week low of $8,977.02.

Keep in mind that cryptocurrency prices fluctuate throughout the day. Bitcoin may open at one price and close at another. Yesterday, for example, Bitcoin opened at $34,679.12 and closed at $34,434.34.
